Overview of  Ripples Game

Ripples is a sci-fi visualization containing spoken interactions and choices where the main character is an 18 years old high school junior. Darci, his good friend, accompanies him to school and during the day he gets some new information about his dead father and he starts wondering if his father was really dead.​ The fluid nature of the ripple mechanic offers a relaxing yet stimulating experience & allowing players to feel a strong sense of accomplishment as they solve the mission.

Ripples is a beautiful and calming independent puzzle game which uses ripples of water to solve puzzles. On each level, the people are given goals where with ripples, they have to play through levels involving target, obstacles and mechanisms all bounded by aspects of direction and time.      

Basics of the game relate to generating and manipulating waves, to alter the conditions in the game sphere. Hazards as walls, wind or gravity interfere with this and bring additional challenges which have to be overcome, in this case by using creativity to overcome each level. However, as player passes levels new ripple mechanics are added to the game thus making the game play become complicated and challenging as level advances.
